Incentives for Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile Group Leaders
We have set up the following incentives for Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile Group Leaders. Group Leaders who complete the listed tasks will receive the associated incentives.

| Leader registers school to participate in the Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile | Receive one free entry for any race during the Shamrock weekend. |
| 5% of school’s total enrollment registered for Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile | Receive a J&A Racing Lunch Box |
| 10% of school’s total enrollment registered for Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile | Receive a J&A Racing hat. |
| 25% of school’s total enrollment registered for Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile | Receive a $25 Baker’s Crust Gift Card |
| 50% or more of school’s total enrollment registered for Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile | Receive a VIP pass for the finish line tent on the day of Operation Smile Shamrock Final Mile. Your name will also be put into an entry for a stay at an oceanfront hotel on Friday, March 18th. |
**Important Run Hero Information**
A Run Hero is an adult (18 years or older) that is allowed to run in the corral with their school. Each school gets one Run Hero per 10-15 children participating with that school. Look for more information about Run Heroes from the School Group Leaders in mid-February.
